From April 12th to 14th, League of Legends TFT teamed up with the top academy of fine arts to hold a "League of Legends TFT Painting Spirit" pop-up event at the China Art Palace in Shanghai. Let’s go and see the Chinese style feast hidden in the “Spirit in the Painting” version.

The "League of Legends Teamfight Tactics" pop-up event with a strong oriental style combines game elements with traditional culture and brings an artistic feast to tourists.
When the brush meets adventure, a fantasy world full of Chinese charm blooms in Teamfight Tactics! The exquisite and detailed pictures, distinctive chess pieces, bonds, and scenes full of strong Chinese style instantly attracted the attention of players at home and abroad. And it is deeply loved by players!
This time Teamfight Tactics has moved the "spirits in paintings" into real life. The exhibition hall is divided into five parts: paintings – mountains and seas – paper-cut fairies – blue and white porcelain – cave sky. Players who come to check in can slowly start their own "journey of the spirit in the painting into the painting".
Upon entering the exhibition hall, what comes into view is a huge TFT-themed KV. Players follow the steps of the Feathered Knight and the Fat Dragon to recharge mico coins and step into the picture.
Walk to the center of the exhibition hall to learn more about the background story of the edition's creation. From "The Classic of Mountains and Seas" to "Journey to the West" to the story of "Ma Liang, the Magic Pen", the mountains, water, caves, and sky echo the "adventure" gameplay in the game. It tells the exploration process of version creation.
The co-creation activities between Teamfight Tactics and top art academies were also launched simultaneously in the Art Palace.
Teachers and students from the Central Academy of Fine Arts and Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts conducted creative explorations from different angles on the oriental-style bonds, blue and white porcelain, and paper-cut fairies in Teamfight Tactics. The two works of art cleverly integrate elements of Teamfight Tactics with traditional Chinese culture, showing the perfect combination of art and games.
Creative analysis:

Paper-cutting is one of the most popular folk arts in China. It is concentrated in tradition and manifested in change. The content of paper-cutting contains a strong flavor of life, and paper-cutting fairies also know this. [Paper-cutting Fairy] summons [Kyle] and makes it evolve. Kyle boosts morale and leads the fairies to overcome obstacles. They will take the power of paper-cutting to conquer a new battlefield again – the spirit in the painting.
The art style of the "Spirit in Painting" season is also deeply influenced by traditional ink painting, tracing back to its origins, which is inspired by natural mountains and rivers. Teacher Yang Jun (the founder of the "Danxia Cun" painter of the China National Academy of Painting), who created "Yunquan Gaoshi Tu" inspired by "the spirit in the painting", also came to the exhibition hall. In the painting, the mountain-shaped pattern is first outlined with a pen in the center. The overall color is mainly two greens and garcinia, the traditional colors of Chinese painting, supplemented by ocher and cinnabar to complete the inlay method. The overall picture is bright and bright. Under the "Danxia Cun" technique pioneered by Teacher Yang Jun, the painting outlines rich elements of Chinese painting.
